What it does
A minute a day
One entry per day, per pain. Mark the worst and the best it got, when it peaked, and what it felt like. That's the whole ritual, short enough to actually keep up.
More than a number
Pain doesn't happen in isolation. Log how you slept, how you felt using a two-level feeling wheel, and anything stressful that landed that day.
Patterns you can point to
Thala reads back over your entries and surfaces what it finds, such as worse at weekends or better after good sleep, with the days behind each finding shown as evidence.
Yours, and only yours
No ads, no data sold, no sharing with insurers or employers. Delete your account from inside the app and everything goes with it, permanently.
How it works
- 01
Name your pain
Pick the part of your body that hurts and when it started. Track one, or several at once.
- 02
Check in daily
A quick daily log takes under a minute. Miss a day and nothing breaks. Fill it in later.
- 03
Watch it add up
Once there's enough history, patterns start to appear. You'll get a nudge when there's something new to read.
Thala is not a medical device
It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and the patterns it shows you are observations about your own entries, not clinical findings. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your symptoms and before changing anything about your care. If you think this is an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
